Jasiland Estates Ltd was born from a personal experience that shaped our founder, Tumwesigye Justus, fondly known as “Jasi.”
In 2011, Jasi attempted to buy land but faced a devastating fraud—twice. After paying for a plot in Kawuku, Entebbe Road, he later found it was already owned by someone else. The real estate company reallocated him another plot, only for him to discover the same issue. The exhausting legal battles and financial loss that followed left a lasting lesson: land transactions should be built on trust and integrity.
Determined to make a difference, Jasi founded Jasiland Estates Ltd in 2019 with a promise to provide Ugandans with genuine, hassle-free land ownership. Starting with just 21 plots in Busukuma, Nansana, the company has since grown exponentially—selling over 150 plots with zero customer complaints and expanding its portfolio to over UGX 4 billion.
